Simply fill in the warranty claim form and send the device back to us, we’ll take it from there.

Unfortunately not, if a phone is damage by water then you cannot claim on the 12 month warranty. If we find that a phone returned to us has been damaged by water we will return it to you at your expense.
The warranty is with the person that brought the phone from us, it is non-transferrable.
The warranty lasts 12 months from the day you receive the device.

Yes, the battery is included in the 12 month warranty. All batteries are tested before leaving our facility and on average contain a 70% capacity.

If the phone unexpectedly doesn’t power up, we first recommend checking your charging cable and plug the phone in to charge for an hour. If this doesn’t work, performing a hard reset could be the simple solution, instructions for how to do this can be found on the manufacturers websites.
Unfortunately not, if a screen is accidentally smashed then you cannot claim on the 12 month warranty.

Yes, before distribution all devices are tested in house by our trained technicians to ensure they are fully functional. Should a speaker or mic break within the 12 month warranty period we will replace the speaker/mic free of charge.
