Refurbished Grading Explained
Excellent Condition
This is a fully tested, almost like new product, in excellent cosmetic condition product in perfect working order.
All devices refurbished to our excellent condition are fully unlocked, data wiped and upgraded to the latest software from the manufacturer. The device will also be in perfect working order, having undergone a full electronic diagnostic test on all of its functions.
Good Condition
This is a fully tested, good condition product with only light signs use.
This means the screen, bezel and or casing may have some scratches and very minor dents but no cracks or smashes and nothing that will stop you enjoying the full functionality of the product.

Fair Condition
This is a fully tested, fair condition product with heavier signs use.
This means the screen, bezel and or casing may have some scratches and very minor dents but no cracks or smashes and nothing that will stop you enjoying the full functionality of the product.
All devices refurbished to Fair Condition are fully unlocked, data wiped and upgraded to the latest software from the manufacturer. The device will also be in perfect working order
12 Month Warranty
No matter what grade of device you buy from us, they all come with our 12 month repair or replace warranty.
Should you encounter a defect during the warranty period simply head to our warranty page, we ask you a few questions about the problem to see if we can rule out any simple issues, if that doesn’t work we’ll send you a free shipping label to return the device to us.
Your device is then repaired or (if not possible) exchanged for a like for like device free of charge.
